Services
Project scope, pricing and timelines are agreed in a written proposal before any work begins. That proposal takes priority over this page.
Payments
Project fees are invoiced as agreed in your proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Intellectual property
Automations we build for you belong to you once paid for in full. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential components.
Liability
We take care to build reliable systems, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.
